I have found Phil exceptionally good at his job. He is always very thoughtful and inventive with the programmes he puts together for me. No two workouts are ever the same. Phil is obviously very knowledgeable about the parts of the body and the muscles and how things fit together. He is always careful to work out the whole body in a way that the hour is used to the maximum effect, and also that the work out leaves me feeling like each muscle group has been worked.
Phil is very encouraging and energetic with the way he approached his work. He is always egging me on to work a bit harder. I find it amazing that he manages to count repetitions at the same time as chatting away to me to keep my mind off the pain of the exercise.
I have noticed how my posture has improved and my general body strength and fitness level. I have been delighted with the results of the workout.
I have no hesitation in recommending Phil.
